I'd only had a coffee all day, then I made gingerbread and tried some. It was only a piece, but I feel very very very full and sick and disgusting.

  1. it's okay, your brain needed the glucose to function. try not to worry too much :(

  2. Just a piece, dear. It was only a small lapse of control. Of course it could hae been much worse. You are fine, love. You are definitely not disgusting either.
    Stay superstrong!

  3. Don't be so discouraged, you are beautiful and incredibly disciplined. You need some kind of sustenance to survive and concentrate and move, so please don't fear one little piece of gingerbread ((((big hug))))

  4. <3 you have nothing to worry about.
Smile dear, because I know how beautiful you are.

    *more pics coming up tonight!*

  5. I know how you feel. Even eating a tiny piece of Christmas candy the size of my fingernail made me feel so . . . disgusting today. The good thing is, we recognize that we made a mistake, even if it WAS tiny. That's a good sign.

And also, since you had only had coffee all day, you probably needed SOMETHING in your stomach. I don't know about you, but when I drink coffee on an empty stomach I draw tons of attention to myself. My friends are always pointing out how shaky my hands are on those days.
